Refund policy

At Rubinstein, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we are here to assist you with returns and exchanges.

RETURN GUIDELINES

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition.
  • Items must include all original packaging — dust bag, box, and Certificate of Authenticity.
  • Items must be free of damage, marks, or signs of use.

RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
  • Return shipping must be traceable and insured for protection.
  • Please retain proof of return shipment until your refund has been processed.

REFUND PROCESSING

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We also accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To request an exchange:

  1. Please email our Customer Support with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.
  2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. Rubinstein will cover shipping of the replacement item.

Please note: Exchange requests are subject to item availability.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  • Final Sale Items: Limited Edition and Customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact our Client Support within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
