SHIPPING TIMES

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • International: 5–9 business days after dispatch (may vary based on destination and customs clearance)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by regional delays.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Domestic and International Orders Over $100: Free Standard Shipping
  • Domestic Orders Under $100: Flat Rate Shipping of $6.90
  • International Orders Under $100: Flat Rate Shipping of $9.90

All Rubinstein orders are securely shipped via trusted carriers — UPS, DHL, or USPS, based on your location and delivery requirements.

Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

ORDER PROCESSING

We process and ship all orders with care:

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days after full payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or recognized holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

DELIVERY NOTES

  • All shipments require accurate delivery addresses. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Customs fees, taxes, and import duties (for international shipments) are the responsibility of the customer.
